The first project in the portfolio of Gran Via Real Estate Romania was developed in sector 6, on the former land of the Frigocom factory, at the intersection of Timișoara Bvd with Moinești Street.
The development started in 2013, in 2015 the first residents moved, and currently, 500 families live in this complex. In 2020, Gran Via completes the last phase of the project, totaling 300 apartments: studio, one and two bedrooms.
The project is appreciated for the good connection with the city center – Gorjului metro station is only a 15-minute walk away – as well as for the quality and functional efficiency of the houses. A small private park houses the children’s playground, while the Lidl supermarket is right next to the resort.
